【Jushita Kurozu Honpo Vol.2】Scientific Study on the Deliciousness and Health Effects of Black Vinegar

Collaborate with universities and research institutions to explore the potential of black vinegar

Fukuyama Black Vinegar Co., Ltd., is conducting a variety of research on black vinegar in collaboration with universities and pharmaceutical research institutes, including Kagoshima University, Tsukuba University, and Kansai University, in order to scientifically elucidate the components of black vinegar, which is derived from the blessings of nature.

Studies have shown that black vinegar lowers blood sugar and blood pressure and reduces visceral fat. For example, when the changes in blood glucose levels were compared between "If you only eat rice" and "When you eat rice and "Kakuida" together." it was found that taking 30 ml of "Kakuida" with meals resulted in a moderate postprandial rise in blood glucose levels. In addition, clinical trials have shown that "Shida Izumi" which uses soybeans as a raw material, improves antioxidant power while eliminating active enzymes.
